Panasonic ZS10 VS Leica's new V-LUX 30

As a hobby I take photos, lots of photos, yes I have all the Canon SLR's with nice lens, but I always keep a pocket camera well in my pocket, actually briefcase.   They usually last about 4 months until slight dust starts collecting in the lens with makes photos with dark circles.  Seems it costs more to take apart these camera just to clean off  the dust then you can buy a new camera.  Anyway my last five pocket cameras have been Panasonic.  But the camera above is tempting me to switch..  But on further reading its basic a Panasonic ZS10 that cost $350 instead of Leica's $749

15.1 megapixel sensor, 16x optical zoom, 1080i video recording, a 3-inch LCD 'round back, and built-in GPS for geotagging.
