Depth of field issue with oculus and Microsoft HoloLens (Achieving natural depth of field)

Two issues with making Oculus and Microsoft Hololens render a seamless true immersive experience is rendering in real-time a 4K visual experience and the very tricky problem of rendering in real-time the correct depth of field based on what the eyes are focusing on.  A rendered experience will look fake if everything is rendered in focus or if the wrong focus is rendered on objects that you are looking at.
